The Data Center Austin Conference is excited to announce Kareem Yusuf, Ph.D., IBM’s General Manager of Watson IoT, will headline the fourth annual event as the keynote speaker. Dr. Kareem Yusuf, the event’s keynote speaker, works at the cutting edge of technology. As General Manager, Yusuf heads Watson IoT, the IBM business unit focused on helping clients in asset-intensive industries to maximize value from their connected assets, leveraging insights and AI. During his 19 years with IBM, Yusuf has held leadership positions in a variety of disciplines, including Offering Management, Software Development, SaaS Operations, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Field Technical Sales. Yusuf received his Ph.D from the University of Leeds, focused on Decision Support Systems for Civil Engineering Construction. He is a world-renowned TED Speaker, as well as the author of “Enterprise Messaging Using JMS and IBM WebSphere.”
